1 hour analysis of dance technique, potential areas of concern, and custom corrective exercises.
Service Description
This booking is for new clients who are looking for 1 on 1 analysis of your technique, pain points, and possible red flag areas haulting ballet technique progress. This appointment may be booked without any other package requirements and does not include any subscription or fees. 50% off code may be used for Unlimited Year Members only. Following this appointment, students are either given a custom plan via on demand training with email consulting or setup into the 6 session package to continue 1 on 1 progress. In this one hour session, I will analyze your movement patterns, anatomy, ailments, myofascial lines and muscular structure to identify strengths and areas for improvement. From there, we’ll discuss and create a personalized plan to help you reach your goals. Let’s work together to help you become the best dancer you can be! For ages 6 to senior dancers. Please note: This is not a substitute service for clinical treatment. This is a complimentary training service to help ballet dancers improve technique, reduce injury, pain, and stay happy in the dance world! If you under the care of a general physical therapist, please be sure to clear you are ready to start back to ballet specific training. Schedule your Initial Evaluation today. If you've been away for a while and are wanting a re-evaluation to go through a body technique analysis again, we may also do this. Just please note this in the "goals for working together," section on booking form. Items you may consider purchasing for you training include: 1. Resistance bands 2. Yoga blocks 3. Yoga mat 4. Child's play ballet/pilates ball 4. Failure to show for lesson will result in a full charge for holding of spot. Cancellation lesson less than 24 hours in advance will result in 80% fee of private lesson cost for holding spot. Showing 15 minutes or later for a private lesson will result in cancellation of appointment with no refund. Internet troubles and emergencies will be evaluated by a case-by-case basis and need to contact veronicakplatform@gmail.com ASAP if experiencing trouble. Chargebacks and threats against Veronica K Platform LLC will not be tolerated and legal action will be pursued.
Cancellation Policy
Veronica K Platform: Private Lesson Rescheduling & Late Policy We understand that life happens! However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our private lesson rescheduling and late policy: Your lesson will automatically be cancelled without refund if you are greater than 15 minutes late without contacting me for your lesson. Reschedule Within 24 Hours: To qualify for a credit towards a future lesson, you must reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. One Reschedule Per Credit: Each lesson credit can only be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment date. Extraordinary Circumstances: If you are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment, please contact Veronica directly at veronicakplatform@gmail.com to discuss your situation. We offer flexibility for truly extraordinary circumstances. Respecting Others: We operate on a limited schedule, and each missed appointment takes a spot from another student. Please be courteous and avoid rescheduling more than once unless absolutely necessary. Consequences of Repeated Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled more than twice without contacting Veronica may be cancelled without a refund due to the impact on scheduling.
