Pro Makeup Tips:  Apply liner after you have applied lipstick color, not before. First, apply the lipstick just up to or near the lip line. 
 
Then apply the lip liner, which will glide on smoothly, leaving a more natural outline, and still prevent the color from bleeding.  Next, use the pencil to "move" the lipstick color next to the newly drawn lip line.   
 
You can also fill in lips entirely with the lip liners, and top them off with Graftobian SuperSeal™ Intense Shine Lip Gloss.  These wooden pencils can be sharpened to a fine point by placing them in a freezer for about 15 minutes. This will help prevent breakage of the tip when sharpening.
