Allow to dry down completely for a minute.  Next, outline your lip line with a colored lip liner and blend it into the lip area before you apply your lip color. 

To increase vibrancy and longer wear of a lip color application: apply Age Rewind™ Lip Primer and let dry.  Line and fill in lips completely with your colored lip liner.
