Graftobian Magic Set™ Mixing and Lining Liquid is a quick drying multi-purpose mixing and diluting medium. 
 
This crystal clear alcohol-free fluid can be used as a base to create liquid makeup colors out of loose or pressed color cake powders, as well as cosmetic grade powdered metals and glitters. 
 
The acrylic-based fragrance-free formula can make any dry or liquid makeup medium it is blended with more durable in longer lasting wear, while providing a water-resistant and rub/smudge-resistant finish. 

Magic Set™ Mixing and Lining Liquid is a wonderful liquid “transformer” that can create a variety of makeup textures from creamy rich color pastes to liquids, depending on the ratio it’s used in liquid to powder mediums. 
 
Its versatility makes it great to use for all kinds of face and body makeup needs, such as denser colored liquid liner when mixed with pressed powder colors such as eye shadows, cake eyeliner, cake mascaras, even blushes! 
 
It turns them into stronger and more vibrant brush-on colors that stay true and holds in place for hours of wear. 
 
Magic Set™ Mixing and Lining Liquid can also be used as a non-alcohol setting spray to keep a completed makeup application in place. 
 
It can also be used as a very effective skin barrier and protection product, when applied to skin and allowed to dry thoroughly before a makeup application. 
 
Best of all it is safe to use around the eyes and mouth area.  This product does have a bit of a clear satin finish reflective texture.
 
Pro Makeup Tips:  
Use it to create a wonderfully stronger waterproof and rub-proof liquid medium  for all kinds of body color applications that needs to stay put through heat, sweat, and all day wear. 
 
Mix  1 part Graftobian Makeup Setting Spray with 9 parts of Magic Set™ Mixing and Lining Liquid (9:1 ratio, or simply 10% Setting Spray to 90 % Magic Set™ Mixing and Lining Liquid).  
 
Use to fix glitter or other sparkly mediums on skin or hair.  Spray it very lightly first in the area, apply the glitter or sparkle medium, then allow to dry. 
Spray again lightly to seal the application, as it’s slight sheen texture will help to further reflect shine.
 
Use as a waterproofing agent for a mascara application by applying it over lashes very sparingly with a mascara spoolie or a mascara fan brush.
 
Use it to set brows in place before  brow coloring makeup. Because it does have a bit of a slight sheen, it’s not recommended to use over a brow color application unless that is the desired look.
 
Use it to wet a cake eyeliner and apply with a liner brush for beautiful budge proof results.  
 
It can be used as an ultra-strong hair stiffening or setting spray for those times you need budge-proof hair; and it’s great for those little wispy or fly-away hair strands that need smoothing down.
