Who I Work With

I specialize in working with dancers at all stages of their journey:

  • Children & Teens – Developing proper technique, confidence, and safe foundations.

  • Adult Dancers – Refining skills, building strength, and preventing injury.

  • Senior Dancers – Offering technique improving & restorative ballet techniques to maintain mobility, flexibility, and enjoyment in dance.

  • Most of my clients range from pre-professional, competition, adult, and senior dancers. 

How It Works

Step 1: Initial Evaluation & Private Lesson (60 minutes)

Your journey starts with a 1-hour private evaluation and lesson where I assess your technique, strengths, and goals. This session helps determine the best approach for your training plan.

Step 2: Customized Training Plan

Based on the evaluation, we create a personalized training program addressing technique, injury prevention, mobility, and personal goals. You'll receive a recording of your 1 hour lesson + a detailed typed out plan.

Step 3: Training Options

  • Single Private Lessons (1 hour) – Ideal for those who prefer to work at their own pace with on-demand videos guiding the routines, while checking in as needed for re-evaluation, corrections, and feedback.

  • 6-Session Training Package – The best option for consistency, progress, and savings.

  • Alignment & Posture: Addressing spinal, hip, knee, and ankle misalignments for improved balance and control.

  • Turnout & Hip Mobility: Enhancing safe turnout range and mobility through proper technique.

  • Foot & Ankle Strength: Strengthening arches and improving flexibility for safe pointe work and jumps.

  • Balance & Stability: Developing core engagement and control for sustained relevés, arabesques, turns, and transitions.

  • Jumps & Landings: Improving landing mechanics, jump power, and foot articulation to prevent injury.

  • Flexibility & Mobility: Expanding range of motion while maintaining strength to prevent overstretching.

  • Strength & Endurance: Building strength to support endurance, especially for pointe work and complex combinations.

  • Injury Prevention & Recovery: Managing chronic pain, adapting technique for aging dancers, and implementing safe rehabilitation strategies.
