Join my monthly ballet injury prevention and corrective exercise workshops on Zoom, where you'll gain the tools to enhance your mobility, strength, and balance with targeted cross-training exercises. Each session is designed specifically for ballet dancers, incorporating my signature Veronica K Method™—a proven approach combining physical therapy, dance technique, and personal training.

During these 45-minute workshops, I’ll walk you through essential exercises that focus on injury prevention, alignment, and building strength for optimal performance. Afterward, we'll have a 15-minute Q&A for personalized feedback, where you can ask questions and discuss any challenges you're facing.

Plyometric & Jumps Training for Dancers

This workshop focuses on building the strength and power that are required to perform explosive jumps and large tricks without risk of injury. This routine requires a plyometric box or step that is safe to jump on without instability. Small hurdles or objects in similar size may be used as well. This workshop is suitable for any genre of dancer that requires a high skill level of jumping. Populations that have high fall risk such as the elderly are not recommended to perform this workshop or plyometric training without prior consultation with Veronica.

Myofascial Mobility Workshop

This is an introductory course to learn what myofascial mobility is and a few common mobility exercises to help open up the body. It is half lecture/education and other half actual exercises. This is great for instructors and dancers alike. These exercises can help with improving ballet lines, opening up joints, and improving stability and awareness. Myofascial mobility is a strength and flexibility program combined. This workshop was previously held live and is free to Unlimited Members to watch on replay. This exercise routine focuses on core exercises to help you improve your stability and exercises to build your technique in pirouettes. Please note: Cross-training for turns should include a healthy balance between arms, balance, core, and lower extremity training.
