Join my monthly ballet injury prevention and corrective exercise workshops on Zoom, where you'll gain the tools to enhance your mobility, strength, and balance with targeted cross-training exercises. Each session is designed specifically for ballet dancers and instructors, incorporating my Veronica K Method™. A training approach combining therapeutic exercises, ballet technique, myofascial mobility, balance training, and progressive resistance exercises.
During these workshops, I’ll walk you through essential exercises that focus on injury prevention, alignment, and building strength for optimal performance. Afterward, we'll have a 15-minute Q&A for personalized feedback, where you can ask questions and discuss any challenges you're facing.
