Returns: Unopened, unused cosmetics may be returned within 10 days of receiving your item for a full store credit (not a refund), no questions asked.

Exceptions: Items with broken seals, torn boxes, or signs of tampering will not be eligible for a return or credit.

Damaged Items: If your cosmetic item arrives damaged, email us photo or video evidence showing no tampering occurred, and that the damage was caused by shipping. If your box appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend you document the unopened package as proof. Items confirmed as damaged due to shipping will be eligible for a refund.

Policy Window: All cosmetic return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your item. No exceptions.

Dance Merchandise & Clothing

Return Policy: All dance merch and clothing can be returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving the item, provided it is unwashed and unworn.

Color Disclaimer: Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Returns for color discrepancies alone are not accepted unless there is a printing defect.

Defects: If you encounter a printing issue (e.g., distorted graphics), email us photos at info@veronicakballet.com. A replacement of the same size and color will be sent promptly from our custom printing shop.

Damaged Items: Items damaged in transit can be replaced with photo proof sent within 10 days of receipt.

Digital Downloads & Memberships

Refunds: All digital downloads and memberships are non-refundable.

Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership anytime through your account’s "My Subscriptions" section.

Private Training Lessons

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a private training session, contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a credit for future use within the same calendar year. Rescheduling can be done through your account.
