The Veronica K Platform is a comprehensive ballet training resource created by professional dancer, certified personal trainer, and physical therapist assistant Veronica K. Our platform offers a range of courses, including ballet injury prevention, dance technique enhancement, flexibility and mobility, makeup tutorials, and more. It’s designed to support dancers, dance educators, and fitness professionals in progressing safely and effectively.

2. How do I access my courses?
Once you've enrolled, log in to your account and navigate to "My Courses" in the dashboard. From there, you’ll have access to all the materials in your chosen course(s). You can also access the platform directly by typing www.veronicakplatform.com into your search bar.

3. What’s included in the Unlimited Membership?
The Unlimited Membership gives you full access to all courses, resources, and updates on the platform. This includes injury prevention, technique courses, Zoom workshops, 50% off private training, makeup tutorials, and any new courses that are added. It’s perfect for dancers, instructors, and enthusiasts looking for a comprehensive training experience.

4. Can I purchase individual courses instead of the Unlimited Membership?
Yes, you can purchase individual courses on topics that interest you most, whether it’s flexibility, extensions, or injury prevention. This option is great if you’re focusing on specific areas of your dance training.

5. Do you offer private coaching sessions?
Yes, Veronica offers private 1-on-1 coaching and evaluations tailored to meet your personal training goals. These sessions are available by appointment and can be booked directly through the platform.

6. What is your return policy on digital products and memberships?
Due to the nature of digital products, all course purchases and memberships are non-refundable. However, memberships can be canceled at any time in your account settings under "My Subscriptions."

7. How can I get support with my training or if I have questions?
If you have any questions about your training, please feel free to reach out! You can contact us at info@veronicakballet.com, and we’ll be happy to provide guidance or answer any specific questions.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be used on any products or services, including cosmetics, dance merchandise, 1-on-1 training, memberships, and more. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the calendar year they are purchased.

9. I’m interested in joining your summer intensive. Where can I find details?
The Summer Intensive will be taking place June 26 through June 28th 2024 in Cleveland, Ohio. Details including classes, pricing, and enrollment options, will be posted Jan 2024. Spots are going to be limited, so early registration is encouraged! There will be online training options to those out of the area. 

10. What type of makeup products do you offer?
Our makeup shop features professional-grade products specifically for stage and dance performance, including lipsticks, primers, mascaras, and specialty items designed for long-lasting wear and optimal performance under stage lights.

11. Can I earn therapy or personal training continuing education credits with your courses?
Yes! My Instructor Ballet Injury Prevention course is approved for 16.5 continuing education credits in USA by Physical Therapy Board. If you're a dance educator, personal trainer, or physical therapy practitioner, you can earn credits by completing our instructor certification courses. Contact us for more information on specific courses.

12. How do I stay updated on new courses or promotions?

13. Can I return items if I change my mind?
For detailed information on returns for physical products (such as cosmetics and dance merchandise), please refer to our [Shipping and Return Policy]. Digital products and memberships are non-refundable.
