Improve Ballet Extensions
For dancers to correct imbalances, progress extensions, & prevent injuries.
All too often, I hear dancers ask, 'What stretch can I do to improve my arabesque?' The truth is, it's not always about stretching. In fact, it's more often a combination of strengthening the right muscles and mobilizing them to achieve a greater range of motion.
Unfortunately, today’s viral trends might have you believing there are quick fixes or secret tricks that top dancers use to get the best legs. But the reality is, the most beautiful extensions come from strength, alignment, and working within your own personal range of motion.
I struggled with my extensions in high school, constantly feeling gripping, snapping, and pinching in my hips, leading to a lot of frustration. I was always told to stretch my legs more, and I tried, but it just didn’t seem to work. Then, in college, I discovered the power of resistance training.
After being treated for snapping hip syndrome, I was pleasantly surprised to find my extensions were higher than ever—and pain-free! Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, and professional dancer, I want to share this knowledge and help other dancers improve their extensions the Safer Stronger™ way with the Veronica K Method™.

Ballet lines are monumental in the world of dance. Improving your extensions isn't just about the height- it's placement, quality, and control.
